Because individual retail purchases differ greatly from bulk, commercial inventory distributions, we manage returns under two distinct frameworks outlined below.

Retail (B2C) Overview

Enjoy peace of mind with a 30-day return window for all standard retail purchases. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

Wholesale (B2B) Overview

Bulk inventory returns are accepted exclusively for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors within 10 days of delivery. Restocking fees apply to approved corporate returns.

1. Retail (B2C) Returns & Refunds

If you are an individual shopper and are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, we are here to help:

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of tracking-confirmed delivery to request a return.
  • Item Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with all original manufacturer tags and labels intact.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order, retail customers are responsible for covering return shipping postage. We can provide a pre-paid printable shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund total.

2. Wholesale (B2B) Bulk Return Provisions

Because wholesale products are ordered in bulk volumes, staged for commercial distribution, and priced at razor-thin margins, standard retail "change of mind" returns are not permitted. Wholesale terms are governed by the following strict guidelines:

  • Inspection Window: Wholesale buyers must fully inspect all pallets or cartons immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding material flaws, sewing defects, sizing errors, or order shortfalls must be filed within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Eligible Claims: Returns are only granted for confirmed factory manufacturing errors or fulfillment mix-ups. We do not accept wholesale returns for unsold stock or over-ordered items.
  • Restocking Fee: On rare exceptions where an unapproved or discretionary wholesale return is authorized by our management team, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the buyer must pay for all outbound and inbound freight logistics fees.
  • Altered Goods: We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for bulk blanks that have already been customized, screen-printed, embroidered, dyed, or re-labeled by a third party.

3. Pack the merchandise securely and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the exterior of the mailing box. Packages returned without an authorized RMA number will be rejected at our loading docks.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return parcel arrives back at our centralized logistics facility, it must undergo automated quality verification inspection:
