- Wholesale (B2B) Orders: Bulk package shipments, custom manufacturing variations, and palletized distributions require specialized freight staging. B2B wholesale fulfillment ranges between 3 to 5 business days, depending on inventory verification and total volume.
- Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

- Delivery Destination Details: It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to denote whether the delivery address is classified as a commercial facility or a residential zone, and if a liftgate or inside-delivery vehicle configuration is required. Additional carrier accessory fees arising from incorrect destination details will be reassessed to the buyer's account.

As soon as your package is scanned into the carrier network, a shipping confirmation notification containing full tracking numbers will be delivered to your registered email address. For bulk pallet assignments, our commercial logistics specialists will supply bill of lading (BOL) documentation via your wholesale portal dashboard.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Shorted Shipments
We pack our ultra-premium cotton goods securely to withstand transport stress, but transit accidents occasionally happen:
- Inspection Requirement: Upon receipt of your parcel or freight shipment, instantly inspect all outer boxes for punctures, crushing, or water damage before signing carrier acceptances.
- Reporting Window: Any product shortages, wrong item delivery, or clear transit damages must be formally reported to our service desks within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery.

7. Address Modifications & Undeliverable Packages
