At Digger Apparel, we understand that when you order gear, you need it as quickly as possible. We are committed to a streamlined logistics process to get your order moving the moment it’s placed.
Processing Times
1. Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
2. Custom B2B Orders: Bulk orders typically require a lead time of 3-4 business days before shipping, however we do our best to process them as quickly as possible.
3. Peak Seasons: During high-volume tactical releases, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Tracking & Delivery
1. Domestic (USA): We offer Flat Rate and Expedited shipping options via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
2. Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is complimentary on all domestic retail orders over $50.
3. B2B Freight: Large-scale wholesale orders are calculated by weight and pallet count. We work closely with our customers to keep shipping rates as low as possible.
Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Digger Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address entry; however, our support team is always available to help you locate a package.
